Terms of Service
Updated October 13th 2025Upon ordering a commission, you agree to the terms of service:
General:
◄ Pricing is in USD and only through PayPal via invoice.
◄ Please provide as many references as possible and have a clear idea for your commission! I am still learning so the more the better!
◄ Please notify me beforehand if public WIPs are not allowed during commission, or if commission is private. Finished commissions will be added to public portfolio.
◄ I have a preference to draw characters well endowed/buffed. If this is not ok, please let me know.
◄ I have the right to refuse any commission.
◄ 18+ customers only.Will & Won't:
◄ Will: SFW/NSFW, women, feminine, extremely simple backgrounds(for now).
◄ Wont: Sex Scenes (for now), chibi, men, masculine, furry, mecha, gore, complex backgrounds/poses, another artist's style.
◄Not listed? Just ask - I am open to a lot of things and learning as I go. Some things may just not be available to commission at this time.Process:
◄ 50% or total is due upon acceptance. This is for commitment on both parties.
◄ Maximum of 3 revisions on sketch phase. Be sure to point out things that would need to be changed!
◄ Remaining 50% of payment is due upon sketch approval.
◄ Major changes (MAX 2)after sketch phase such as completely different outfit, changing character, adding character(s), etc, will result in additional charges and will be discussed based on complexity.
◄ You will receive your file via Email or Google Drive upon completion.Timeframe/Deadlines:
◄A maximum of 1 month (average work time of 15 days) for your commission. It is incredibly rare for the work to take this long but as I work, and life can be life, this is to give ample time to complete the commission to the best of my ability.Usage:
◄ For portfolio and promotional purposes, I retain the right of use for the work created.
◄ Personal use (unless stated otherwise), streaming, social media, referencing, printing .
◄AI: My work is to NOT be used in AI in any shape or form. This includes but is not limited to learning, enhancement, or changes in any way, with any AI tool (Sora, ChatGPT, Grok - for example).Commercial Usage:
◄ Currently not available(will be in the future).Refunds:
◄ Refunds are made on a case-by-case basis. For example, if I feel I am unable to complete your commission, an appropriate refund will be issued.
◄ If a refund is made by the customer through their own end via chargeback/fraud, customer will be banned from future commissions and others would be notified of chargeback activity.Communication:
